We want our products to last as long as possible and will do our best to repair your product, no matter how old it is.
Every single case is evaluated by our professionals in the Product Lab. After that, you will get a detailed feedback on how to proceed.

Do I have to wash my product before sending it for repair?

Yes, we repair only clean products. Many repairs on dirty garments can not be done properly and affect the durability and quality of the repair.

Are there any guarantees for my repair?

Yes, we have a 2 year warranty on our repairs. 
If your repair has a defect, you can send in the product and we will repair it free of charge.

How long do repairs take?

Upon receipt in our Product Lab, we will make every effort to repair returned items within 10 business days.

What does my repair cost at BLACKYAK?

The prices for repairs vary per case. After assessing your damage, we will send you a cost estimate. Only with your final approval the damage will be professionally repaired.
