Nevertheless, it can happen that a seam comes undone, the crampons damage the material, a sharp-edged rock damages a down chamber or the functionality is restricted due to improper handling. For such cases there is the BLACKYAK Repair Center. For an even longer life of all BLACKYAK products.


In the middle of Munich, more precisely on Leopoldstraße, our team of specialists repairs small and large damage to your BLACKYAK clothing. With the help of a wide variety of sewing machines, ironing stations, seam-bonding machines and other special devices, full functionality can be guaranteed again after the repair.

THE REPAIR PROCESS IS SIMPLE AND EASY

- Wash your product and take it to your retailer (you can find washing instructions here ).

 

- Your dealer sends the product to the BLACKYAK Repair Center.

 

- If you bought your product online, please contact us by email ( repair@blackyak.de ) with a description of the defect and detailed photos and a copy of the invoice.

 

- After the assessment by our experts, we will consult with your dealer and decide whether a repair is possible, whether it is a warranty case, or whether you have to bear the costs yourself.

 

- If the repair is approved, it will be carried out within three weeks.

 

- Your product will then be returned to your retailer.
