Returns

Items that you have ordered via www.blackyak.de can be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Use the return documents from your package and enclose them with the return.

The purchase amount will be refunded to you within 14 days of receipt of your return.

Please note:

The purchase price can only be refunded if your product has the original label.

If possible, please return the products in undamaged, perfect and unworn condition and pack them in their original packaging.

Fill out the return slip and enclose it with the items in the package.

3. Shipping:

Returns within Germany are free of charge from an order value of 90 euros.
Use the enclosed UPS package label. Otherwise, commission a parcel service provider of your choice for a fee.
It is best to keep your receipt until we have confirmed your return by email.
