The BLACKYAK RISUM G2 GORE-TEX® 3L ACTIVE SHELL JACKET is an uncompromising high-performance shell designed for professional alpinists and ambitious outdoor athletes. Its 3-layer GORE-TEX® Performance material with the new ePE membrane combines a lightweight recycled 20D polyamide face fabric with maximum weather protection – fully waterproof, windproof, and highly breathable.

Optimized patterning, mechanical stretch zones, and pre-shaped sleeves ensure unrestricted freedom of movement without ride-up, even during dynamic activity or overhead reach. With its extended cut, 2-way front zipper, harness-compatible pocket placement, and helmet-compatible hood, the jacket integrates seamlessly into any alpine layering system.

Functional details such as YKK® AquaGuard® zippers, ventilation openings, hem adjustment integrated into the pockets, a reinforced collar, hood visor with stabilizer, and an avalanche transceiver leash in the right pocket emphasize its technical design. Equipped with a RECCO® reflector, it also provides additional safety in alpine terrain.

Dirt, oil, salt and other invasive elements will impair functions, such as breathability, insulation & water repellancy. We suggest that you care for your functional clothing by washing it regularly and by following our simple instructions. 2 IRONING Alternatively to the dryer, the impregnation can also be reactivated by ironing (warm, without steam). Place a cloth between the garment and the iron.

3 IMPREGNATION If the impregnation can no longer be activated by drying, it is advisable to apply a new impregnation.

DAUNE

In order to maintain the insulating effect of the down in a product, it should be washed regularly. Wet and clotted down lose their bulking power, and thus their ability to store warm air. If lumps of down can already be seen from the outside or if an unpleasant odor can be detected, the down product should be washed.
