1. Organizer of the competition

2. Eligibility to participate

2.1 All natural persons who have reached the age of 18 and are resident in the European Union are eligible to participate.

2.2 Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

2.3 Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

3. Participation in the competition

3.1 Participation takes place by completing the entry form on the website: https://global.blackyak.com/pages/gewinnspiel-thulagi

3.2 By participating, the participant automatically subscribes to the BLACKYAK newsletter. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time (see data protection information).

3.3 Each person can only take part in the competition once. Multiple entries will not be considered.

4. Closing date and prize determination

4.1 The closing date for entries is December 31, 2024, at 23:59 (CET).

4.2 The winner will be drawn at random on January 1, 2025 at 12:00 (CET).

4.3 The winner will be notified by e-mail. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the organizer reserves the right to draw a new winner.

5. Prize

5.1 The prize consists of a Thulagi GORE-TEX® 3L Pro Shell Jacket in Fiery Red and a Thulagi GORE-TEX® 3L Pro Shell Semi Bib Pants in Black Beauty worth € 1300.

5.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

6. Data protection

6.1 Participation in the competition requires the provision of personal data (name, e-mail address). The data will be used exclusively to carry out the competition and to send the newsletter.

6.2 The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent). By participating in the competition, the participant consents to the processing of their data for these purposes.

6.3 Participants can withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal data at any time, e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter or by sending an email to info@blackyak.de.

7. Disclaimer

The organizer assumes no liability for technical problems that could lead to delayed or prevented participation.

8. Final provisions

8.1 Legal recourse is excluded.

8.2 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
